Another birthday

Another birthday and another happy day. Normous and I have birthdays close together, so we have a birthday season. So again, lots of phone calls, a family Zoom session and a takeaway meal. We had an Indian meal at lunchtime, we ordered too much and there is enough for tomorrow too!
The blue flower is ceanothus. This is an unusual variety of the shrub with pretty variegated leaves.
