Cow parsley

Today's delivery took me to the next village where the school is next to the church and has pleasant walks around it.  The weather has been much warmer and it was good to walk through open fields. I got into the garden for a while but came in to make a cake only to find I had neither self raising flour, not icing sugar. I have experimented with adding baking powder to plain flour and making icing sugar from granulated sugar.
