Northern Gannet - Juvenile (Morus bassanus)

Just had time for a quick shot at this Juvenile Gannet as it came barreling downwind on a weather front that was sweeping over the ship. Initially I did a double take as it so closely resembled its South Atlantic cousin the Brown Booby
This time last year we were working of the coast of Brazil as opposed to working of the East Anglian Coast:(
