Day 53 - Found

Up early this morning - usually get up about 6.30 but was up at 6.00 today.  After breakfast started preparing the fruit for my boiled fruit cake.  Looking through an old recipe book (one to write your own recipes in and pockets to put cut out recipes in) I found this picture.  Not sure which daughter drew it but I think it was the younger one.  Probably only glanced at it back then but having studied it today  - I love the two people on the ladder, the butterfly, duck, spider and of course the flower hidden by the tree trunk.  I am guessing that piece of paper is probably coming up 40 years old.  So fruit cake made, bread made, and flapjacks made.
