This afternoon our daily exercise took us over to the nearby 'old orchard', which sits on the edge of the Royal Edinburgh Hospital site ...

... whole area (including the trees) was looking incredibly green and lush - hopefully a good sign for a forthcoming bumper crop of apples, later in the year!
