Day 55

University at Bryant, Palo Alto

Thankfully cooler and back to 78ºF which is more comfortable.

Road-side cherry stands are on the go, we saw several while out this afternoon. We bopped down University Ave to take the car for a quick spin and keep it going - all persons encountered were in masks. Zipped past the Stanford Linear Accelerator which can be seen from the I-280, always seems funny that it’s right there next to the cows grazing which made me think of Ferdinand the Bull with them all sitting under the tree up the hill. Then it was Segona’s farmers market which has had no shortages throughout this experience, I guess because everything is super local. Got some delicious looking salmon for our supper tonight.
