A lovely surprise

I had a lovely surprise when we went to meet our friends today. My American friend L , had bought my Chinese friend,  M, and I these lovely roses as it was Mothers Day.  Earlier in the day we had also had a video call from our daughter in Australia.  I did have to share my day with hubby as it is also his birthday.  

Next week hopefully our pool will open.  We are still not sure what is happening with shopping malls.  So many rumours are circulating.
