Mono dandelion

I saw the osteopath this morning for my plantar fasciitis. He's done some massage and taped it for me. It already feels a bit less sore, so I'm hopeful that he'll help me sort it out. It's been okay for the past year or so, but has started flaring up again.

Abe has had two lovely walks today, and school has been okay.

I'm ready to jump into bed soon. Night night,
