I kneaded a loaf

....so I made one.  The trouble with homemade bread is that I ate too much of it. My walk came afterwards but doubt that I walked it off!

Last night was the anticipated announcement regarding the slight lifting of lockdown.  I for one am continuing to stay away from other people with so many deaths continuing to happen.

We can drive for a walk but not in Wales. My village is on the English/Welsh border and the border crosses roads, through a nearby village and cuts through at least two nature reserves in the area.  In order to stay within the law we will need to be very careful where we go.  The news today has been full of Boris's speech being one of confusion.  It will certainly be confusing around here!
