Proof that we may have been home toooo long

I am not a big biscuit eater but my associate would swear by these if he was a swearing man. He likes to dunk them in his tea until they are soft and fall-a-party.

Today we went to town and a shop we had never been in was the Dollarama. Everything was lower priced in there, even when I checked the dates. (I found them to all be ok.)

Herself needed some plant pots, nice ones for $3.00. Done. I needed some thick cardboard, perfect ones for $1.50. Done. And so we went, up and down the aisles looking at and selecting a few choice items.

Found some great clear glass hot beverage cups. Two little sudoku books for herself at next to nothing. Peanuts we can both eat, a big bag for two dollars. And these biscuits, they were two dollars for 800 g of biscuits from Portugal. Anyway, the point is we were surprised at what was in that shop and how affordable it all was.

We decided we should shop there more often for some of the food items we need. Cans of soup, fresh bread, all manner of things that are considerably more affordable.

Is it getting pathetic that our big adventure for the day is finding a Dollarama store?
I suspect so.
