Cherry Blossom

The morning was certainly the best part of the day so as usual I walk in the morning and do my 'chores' in the afternoon

The cherry blossom is still clinging on but the delicate petals have lost some of their vibrancy and the edges are beginning to turn brown. It has been very windy this afternoon so I expect much of the blossom is now lying on the grass or the path round the Heritage Park loch.

The goslings are so cute to watch as they scuttle over the grass, eat the daisies, coorie in beside mum and explore the vegetation at the water's edge.
