Father and son

Busy day, managed to get through to British Airways and get money and have yours refunded for a flight we were meant to be taking to Spain this weekend for a wedding in the family.

Walked to Twickenham and went to the bank and got groceries. Went for a walk late from with Gulliver in the cemetery.

Just loads of admin today.. hopefully I’ve cleared the decks in tomorrow I can be more creative.

Our lovely friend Rachael came over today and brought us scallops, oysters, seabass and cheese, we had an amazing dinner!

Training session with Zebedee, I was very tired today but still managed 40 kg deadlifts.
