Smooth

Day 3 of our Booster course and I’m now a dab hand at making shakes and smoothies. This one was our lunch and is an avocado, coconut milk, strawberry, raspberry, lime juice and yogurt concoction. Almonds and mint leaves optional. Grrrreat! In fact I then made another for tomorrow’s breakfast. Gives me another ten minutes in bed.
Can’t say I’m such a dab hand at the Tabata controlled HIIT but I’m sure I’ll improve, if I ever get my breath back.
