On my morning walk...

... I spotted this unfamiliar (to me) bird singing in a tree. 

In such circumstances, I take photos and, later an expert later.

It is always good to learn something new - thanks to my friend Brian, I now know that this is a common whitethroat. Another shot in full song is in my extra.

Then the fun started. It has taken an inordinate amount of time to do even the simplest edit in Lightroom. I think there has been yet another update but it is incredibly annoying to find every single task takes ages to perform. Moan over - in the current state of everything else out there, it is a minor issue.
