Vibrant

Just look at those colours! The sun really lifted everything today and the rapeseed flowers contrasted strongly with the fresh green trees and blue sky. The red painted boat finished the picture. It’s a cycle repair shop.

We cycled 28km but somewhat slower than last time. Firstly, Peter had a puncture on Hartham Common but the tyre was soon changed. The tow path was in poor repair so it was lumpy & bumpy, and was also full of people, so we decided to take a circuitous route on the back lanes to get home avoiding the A10 and A414. Not that easy it turns out but an adventure!

This evening I had an online yoga class with a different instructor. I like her and it was good, if slightly slow.

Later we four played mah-jong. Peter won which was good, as that and the bike ride cheered him up. Work is extremely stressful for him at the moment.
