A Warblery Sort of a Day

The cold northerly winds that have been blocking migration for the past week or so finally shifted and so far it's been a cracking migration day in the garden ... 11am and already Warbling Vireo, Gray Catbird, Tennessee Warbler, Rose-breasted Grosbeak, Northern Flicker, Ruby-crowned Kinglet, White-throated and White-crowned Sparrows, several Black and white Warblers, Cape May Warbler and a Northern Parula (plus the usual residents of course and a skunk). There will be more. The photographs are more "record shots" than quality photography but you do what you can under the circumstances from a distance.

This bird is a Cape May Warbler.
