Day 53 - More bread

Today was better - got stuff done, had a few interesting meetings and all was topped with what my amazing boyfriend presented me with:

The most beautiful and utterly tasty 100% wholemeal sourdough rye bread!
All made from scratch - including the sourdough starter!

I am German - I grew up with rye bread and always missed it in UK. This one was more than perfect!
Actually not a lot of bakeries in Germany would do 100% rye bread - they always mix it with wheat as it is easier!

I am so impressed!!

Life is amazing - especially with a furloughed chemist who started baking sourdough bread 

Off to have some more bread!
