Tetrapanax or Rice paper plant

Look at this beauty I found on our walk, I stopped in my tracks & stood looking at it in awe, before taking a photo of it. I think I'd like one, so when I can get to a Garden Centre or Nursery I'll be on the lookout for one.
I asked the BBC Gardeners World Facebook what it is.
