Jean’s Daisies

Our adjacent allotment neighbour, Jean, has the most amazing daisies growing in her allotment borders. She took them as cuttings from her cottage garden in Arran and they are thriving in the alluvial allotment soil.
The flowers open in the sunshine and close at night. When they first come into bloom they are the most vivid shade of pink but as days go by they chance to white. Don’t know the species or common name so just refer to them as “Jean’s Daisies”
