Wednesday: Wasp Nest

Very hot all day, such a difference.
Bush tomatoes went out all day to acclimatise. Pots of salad getting overgrown so planted them into a large square planter for continued fresh salad leaves. Need to sow more lettuce seeds ...
Did a lot of reading too, book from couple days back is becoming more interesting ...
Nice phone chat with my favourite daughter and later with Margaret.
Last year there were bluetits in the nesting box, this year it’s wasps! This is just the beginning of their construction and it’s quite beautiful.
The owls are out hunting early tonight, just after 10pm - love to hear their distant hooting.
