This intersection is normally a little busier. Site for protests, sit-ins, rallies and prayers, the Town Clock is essentially a park, and is barricaded to prevent congregating. There are lots of these chainlink fences around town. The storefront on the right made me smile. I’d never noticed before how much it looks like a wild west movie set. Next to the realty office is the Rush Inn, a watering hole that’s been here forever. Regulars enter through the back, where there is a small dedicated parking lot. I don’t even know if the front door opens. Not that I’ve tried.
