poppies

had to be more poppies for this weeks abstract thursday as they've been giving me such a splendid display early each morning. I've been trying to do some slow exposures with them blowing around but there's been such little breeze first thing that I've been resorting to ICM instead but not liked most of the results. Will try again tomorrow when I've the day off work and theres supposed to be more wind. Red has always been a favourite colour for me so this seems appropriate for this weeks 'favourite colour' theme. Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.
