Cinnabar moth

This HAD to be my blip today. We put the trap out last night and caught this BEAUTIFUL moth in it. They are quite common but it’s a first in our garden ( a bit unusual I think....they are more likely to be on the coast). I couldn’t bear leaving it in the garden where it was so obvious against the plants so we realised it on the coast on our way to mums. Spent the day on a sewing project.
