My knee is sore and inflamed and Djeili was limping a little in the afternoon. 

Guess we should keep it quiet for a few days and not to venture into the mountains for a bit, so I am resorting to flower photography... 

Also, my hiking buddy fell off a ladder yesterday and broke his shoulder, having surgery shortly after. Poor guy! Hope he's on the mend soon. 

In total, these days are not good. A lot of emotionally unbalancing things going on.
