English weather

No offence ... but honestly.  These last two days have been wall to wall drizzle and dampness.  I'm not used to it.  In Adelaide it either rains - or it doesn't.  This endless drizzle chills the soul and rots your feet.

On the other hand, it's doing the garden at OGH the world of good.  The autumn colour is hanging on, and we have weeds the size of triffids.

It's also extremely good weather for baking bread.  Finally, I've cracked the sourdough.  Today's loaves were fantastic, even though I do say so myself.
