Dearest Esmeralda

Flying in this morning and serenely waddling to the food, her hubs called from afar and really didn't like her getting so distant from their normal area. Very uncertain she looked at the food and looked at him, waddled back then flew over the fence  to the chicken food bistro where they were most comfortable. 

We've been putting up cameras to see more of what's going on around us at night. We've got the Trail Cams up but want to see more and are not sure how many foxes there are and where they are coming from. Hubs has been up a ladder, swearing at one point yikes, but I feel confident ....hmm .....I do ....that all will be revealed on our phones tonight.

I will put out the usual peanut scenario with sunflower hearts etc to try and lure them into view. We shall see - or not. 

Bad news with Phillip the pheasant who hasn't now been seen for 48 hours. Philippa I saw yesterday but where has he gone? A worrying turn of events.
