Spider man

It’s not every day you see Spider-Man running down the road.. today I did, whilst out on my run (13 miles today) I saw him. I asked if I could take his photo and he obliged. I also got his permission to post his photo.

It was a tough run today. Usually before I long one I have a day off but today I went out after 11 miles Friday and 7 miles Saturday and did 13 today. I wasn’t intending to, I just kind of did it. It took my weekly mileage to 52, which is a new record for me.

The rest of the day I worked on my book then went for a walk with the kids which was lovely. An extra holiday day tomorrow, yay!
