I’ve belatedly joined the lock-down baking crew!

Needs must - we seem to have ended up with so many bananas this weekend that I needed to do something with the rapidly softening ones.  I haven’t baked for years!  I’ve also made sausage rolls this week, admittedly with Tesco pastry (which was very good) and the sausage rolls are excellent (sausage meat from Cannon Hall),  Advertising complete.
