A long time ago, .......

I'm still sticking with my New Year's resolution to make a Google Slides of this day in history every day this year.

On this day in history, in 1977, Star Wars was first released at cinemas in the U.S. Who could have imagined that this quirky film that no studios wanted to back would go on to become such a global cultural phenomenon? Truly, I cannot imagine a world without it, Star Wars forming such an integral part of my being.
