Mount Vesuvius

It's a tradition within my family that whenever there is a birthday coming up or a special event we celebrate with ice cream! One of the many brilliant ideas that came from my late grandmother!

Normally when you order something like this it is normally a lot larger but I could not manage any more even if it was on offer! A layer of marsh mallows then chocolate ice cream, then some more marsh mallows lil' bit of vanilla ice cream topped with a sprinkle of nuts, whipped cream and a nice dollop of chocolate sauce! Bon appetite!
