7 Birds

My homage to Michael Kenna, only I couldn't quite bring myself to convert it to black and white on account of the wonderful soft pastel colour in the sky.

Although cloudy, it was warm and the birds sat in the tree enjoying the last of the sun as day drew to a close. Actually, more birds came as I continued to watch, but seven felt the right number. Plus, the balance seemed to work in this image with only one the left.
