Tiny Tuesday

I may have blipped this before, but it is only about 1.5 inches long so I thought ideal for Tiny a Tuesday.  When my mum got married again in 1964 I was a bridesmaid.  My “dad to be” gave me this little brooch as a bridesmaid’s present.  It is marquesite with emerald eyes and a pearl ball to play with.  As a child I loved it, but have never worn it as an adult.  I come across it now and again whilst looking for a piece of jewellery.  Perhaps I should put it on a jacket lapel or to hold a scarf.
