Emerging geraniums

On this last day of lockdown proper in Scotland, the first of my geraniums is almost out. This was the best of a rather poor harvest of slightly out of focus pictures of the balcony flowers. I blame the bright light myself.

After a fairly cloudy early morning, when I cycled to the supermarket and back, it turned into a really hot day. Mr A was a bit more circumspect on the balcony and I was pleased to see him wearing a cap at one point. It was still very pleasant (although the sun had gone around the building) at 6pm for a gin, and then after dinner for a beer, before we watch The Cunning Little Vixen.

Let's see what tomorrow brings. I've already arranged some socialising for the weekend, but nothing special for tomorrow.
