Stripey

Surviving the drought is my stripey rose, Ferdinand Pichard. It is a David Austin rose and I have had it many years. In common with all the other roses, it is particularly good this year.
The garden is very dry and the lawn is beginning to turn to straw. We don’t water it in a drought, it always recovers.
I’ve had an indoor day today. Domestic chores in the morning, and struggling with downloading other people’s photographs in the afternoon. Why do they use such obscure systems?
