Red Hot Poker plants

Not precisely a blipsnap, but freespiral brought this painting to mind.

I painted these red hot pokers in my journal from the flowers outside my Clark College art classroom in 2018. 

I miss that class so much! Wonderful teacher, lovely classmates, I attended for many years and now it's over! I haven't painted in a year. Hopefully I will be lured back eventually, to brighten my Covid-19 isolation.
