another day, another poppy

... but at least I planted this one in the garden! And every year it shows off without fail! I don't normally have many red plants around the garden, other than a rose or two, so it makes a nice change!

Another warm sunny day too, so more time spent in the garden this morning doing more pruning of the laurel, and then this afternoon I delivered some spare tomato plants to a neighbour so it was nice to have a socially distanced chat as we'd not seen each other recently! Catching up with the neighbourhood gossip! And cos we're all home more, we're all noticing more!! Such curtain twitchers we've all become lol!!

Now waiting for our Morrisons food delivery - first time we've used them so we'll see how they match up to the others!
