It is the only flowerhead on the plant, which is very leafy.

The 1st of June and another week begins. The lockdown is being loosened, but quite a number of people are not prepared to believe the BoJo edicts.

Primary Schools are opening on a restricted basis in England, whereas in Scotland the plan is to open them in August after the summer holidays.

In England several local authorities have decided to leave schools closed and quite a number of parents are keeping their children at home.

It is another sunny day, and another lunch with Al Fresco is planned. Some rain is forecast for tomorrow afternoon and overnight. We will see. Some rain would be refreshing.
