Greek Bison Burger

Grilled bison burger with feta, garlic, and oregano in a pita. Wine: Pardon & Fils Juliénas Les Mouilles Beaujolais 2018.

I inaugurated the new grill today. The burgers did not have the structural integrity one would hope for—my relatively novice grill skills need work—but the flavor was excellent. The meal was well accompanied by a lovely Beaujolais.
