Cod

Cod, roasted patty pan squash, and quinoa. Wine: La Source de Ruault Saumur La Coulée d'Aunis 2017.

This was planned for tomorrow night, but I forgot we would be out past our usual dinner time tomorrow night (we have an orientation for scuba diving certification). I'll make the chili I had originally planned for tonight tomorrow afternoon so that we just need to reheat it when we get home.

The wine is a rather good Loire Chenin Blanc.
