Afternoon Delight

Weather was boiling today.  I had a mega moany rant about wanting to get somewhere else, like the East Neuk to wander.  I took myself up Buckie Braes for a double loop to get the nonsense out of my head.  

Had lunch out in the garden again and later this Frappe Recipe courtesy of Caffè Nero made with oat milk.  It’s delicious.

Moved energy supplier today - first time ever but with OVO making redundancies when they said they wouldn’t and BG being 387 a year cheaper it’s a no brainier.
