Reminiscing

How glad we are that we decided to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary a day early.
Temperature down to 9C.  Not much rain though, but it does feel cold!

After doing a little housework this morning we have had a lazy afternoon.
Watched The Repair Shop on catchup.  Such a fascinating programme.
One item was a very old painting which for one thing had so many tears and holes.. The lady who repaired it is a genius. The colour was amazing and you couldn't see the repairs at all.

We have also been looking through a photo album which our daughter - in- law gave us for our Golden Wedding Anniversary.
Brought back memories of such a very happy day.

I have a bottle of our favourite white wine chilling in the fridge, which will go perfectly with the salmon. Followed by fresh raspberry sundaes.
Just need the sunshine!!!
