Long walk home from the health clinic today. New asthma medicin and another new too, for my blood pressure. That's how it is. Walked in sunshine and not uncomfortably warm weather. When I came to the supermarket, to do some shopping on my way home, I felt the beginning of a blister. Best to take care of it right away.
Lilacs are beginning to blossom and I saw many different colours on my walk.
