Mount Doom + Truck

Today we drove from Taupo to Wellington.  It was a clear winter day and we stopped here for a blip.  Mt Ngauruhoe is an active Stratovolcano.  It was used as a stand in for Mt Doom in The Lord of the Rings films.  It last erupted in 1977 and is 7,500ft.  
Now back in Wellington with baby Finn and his parents.  He has put on weight since we last saw him and was looking seriously at us.  He may have smiled at Grandad or it may have been wind.  We will spend more time with them tomorrow.
