Hang In There!

A thunderstorm is brewing as I write this. Rumbles of thunder can be heard but lightning isn’t visible yet, everything is still, without yet a raindrop. Soon, the skies will open, and deliver us much-needed rain. A softer gentler rain is preferred but we’ll take what Mother Nature has to offer • Empty suet feeders equal zero starlings. So far, so good • I hope this Saturday finds all of you well, and hanging in there, just like this white-breasted nuthatch who visited this morning • After a bit of housework for me and sewing for the Mrs. we’re planning on watching a “scary” movie, which matches perfectly with our dark sky afternoon • BOO!
