Mother & Son

We took another ride into the hills and this time we could visit again a taverna for a meal and a kafeneion for some beverages and there was people from the village who enjoyed the chance of socializing again! 

Here mother and son, sitting at the kafeneion at the central square of Melidoni; they and us enjoyed our chat together with some others too. Normally it's packed with tourists here at this time of the years, coz a cave is in the neighbourhood, what's on the visiting list of many; now it's void of tourists due to the COVID-19 crisis and yesterday a CEO from Athens informed the Cretans that this year will see very little tourism in Greece.

In the extra a part of the road we drove little before I captured it.
