LIFE GOES ON

The insects just getting on with it, oblivious of any pandemic. 22-spot ladybirds on the left, which are much smaller than regular orange ladybirds, and a couple of flies on the right which could be a background detail from one of Hieronymus Bosch's visions.

I also saw another plume moth (extra), but this one doesn't seem to have an English name, just Emmelina monodactyla, although Emmelina is a sort of English name, I suppose. In the book it's next to a Many-plumed Moth which reminded me that I have in fact blipped one of those before. Now they are really quite beautiful.
