'til the cows come home

When you're a black and white cow seeing in muted shades of colour, my vibrant (OK, possibly garish) handlebars must be almost as exciting as they are for me!

Chris dropped by first thing to switch my wheels over to summer (ready for the rain) and change my gear cables. With my seat up a bit and 1kg less water to my recent long rides, life on a bike felt light.
