I had another blood test today.  Although I still have to follow the Covid precautions I didn't feel quite so bad as last week.  The surgery was empty and I was seen fairly soon.  The bad news is I have to go back next week.

After leaving the surgery we went for a short ride out to Ilmington, about eight miles outside Stratford on the edge of the Cotswolds.  It is a pretty village with a real community feeling.  There are two pubs, a church and a community shop, post office and cafe.  It was interesting watching the people who seemed to spend most of their daily exercise chatting to neighbours they meet along the way.

We had a nice walk round the village and then stopped for a rest on one of the benches by the shop.
