Honeysuckle

An unexpectedly lovely day - more sunshine and reading after an early (10am) video call with GC. And a bit of boat fiddling squeezed in too. Back home, the honeysuckle is bursting into full bloom and the peas are finally slowly emerging; it appears I was wrong to castigate those pigeons.
And much later, we started on The Night Of, an HBO series from years ago (OK, 2016) which already has me riveted. No covid news. That doesn't feel right. OK, here’s a wee thought for the day. There’s not been a single case of coronavirus in the Western Isles for two months now. I imagine schools, churches, libraries and all the rest there are now open, and life is back to normal. But I could be wrong.
