Abstract Thursday - Changes

It poured down this morning at our walk time so we sat in the office and waited and waited thinking it would stop but it didnt!  So we headed out anyway with the umbrella and amazingly it stopped just as we got out there!  It was just a short moment as I could see that the break in the clouds was closing quickly so we rushed along and I took shots of anything and everything that caught my eye (as you do :).

I loved the way the droplets on this dead leaf were acting like magnifying glasses and emphasizing the changes it had gone through since leaving the mother tree ;o)  There’s something of a wonky face there too which I liked!  The rest of the day was just a blur!!!
